Deviations or amendments apply only if agreed in writing with the Provider. German law applies. Where legally permissible, venue is Herrenberg (Germany).

2. Contract Formation

By selecting an offering, confirming these T&C and completing payment, you submit a binding order. A contract is concluded upon our order confirmation and/or when access to the booked content is granted. The contract language is English; the T&C are stored and available on this page.

3. Services

The Platform provides a member area with exclusive content, modules and tools aimed at personal development and self-discovery. The scope of services is described on the website and may evolve over time. Note: Content and products do not constitute medical advice and are intended for physically and mentally healthy individuals.

4. Fees, VAT Status and Payment

Fees and available payment methods (e.g., PayPal) are shown transparently at checkout. Fees are due in advance. Access is provided after successful payment. Prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise.

VAT status: Small business under Sec. 19 German VAT Act (no VAT charged). A VAT ID (if any) will be indicated in the Legal Notice.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content/services delivered online, the right of withdrawal expires once provision starts and you have expressly consented to the start of performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal.

6. Term, Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions (e.g., tools only) renew automatically for the respective term (e.g., monthly) unless canceled. You may cancel at any time with effect at the end of the current term via your PayPal account or by contacting us at contact@whoami.academy. Partial-period refunds are not issued, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

7. Use of Content and License

All Platform content (texts, videos, images, modules, tools) is protected by copyright and related rights. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use booked content for your own purposes. Any reproduction, sharing, resale, public display or automated scraping is prohibited without prior written consent. All intellectual property remains with the Provider.

8. Technical Requirements and Availability

You need a stable internet connection and a compatible device. You are responsible for your setup. We use reasonable efforts to ensure availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Maintenance windows and updates may temporarily restrict availability.

For questions or issues, contact contact@whoami.academy or use our contact form. We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability laws. For simple negligence, we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual duty (cardinal obligation) and limited to foreseeable, typical damage; for paid services, capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event. Otherwise, liability is excluded. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Emotional Notice

Using our services may trigger intense emotional processes and self-reflection. Content and tools aim to provide deeper insights into your life and may evoke challenging feelings. You are responsible for assessing your own resilience and seeking professional support where necessary. Our content does not replace therapeutic or medical advice.

12. Changes to Services and these T&C
